Kate is a freelance Sound Engineer with a love for audio design and production. She graduated from the Ontario Institute of Audio Recording Technology (OIART) in 2016, and began working in the industry prior to graduating. Kate has produced a variety of different works, making her versatile and creative when it comes to finding the right sound for any kind of project. During her career, she has worked on programs for production companies such as Amazon, Nickelodeon, Corus, and Disney, and has been involved with smaller independently produced projects. Designing and creating vibrant and intriguing environments, characters, and details is her passion. From films to podcasts, she is most interested in what makes these projects special and figuring out how to best highlight their unique aspects.

Kate's work is focused primarily on Sound Design, Editing, Mixing, and Composition though she approaches any project with enthusiasm, professionalism, and creativity.
